What is it?
The International Alliance Of Martial Arts Schools is simply a student support system with the cooperation of Martial Arts schools worldwide.  All schools involved agree to allow any I.A.O.M.A.S. student free training (for up to 2 weeks per year) should they visit a participating school.  It is a great benefit for students involved (through the club) and a great benefit for instructors to be able to offer training wherever their students are in the world.  This is "NON-POLITICAL", and is based on individual schools. 

Should the visiting student be staying in that area longer, then they can negotiate further with the host instructor.  Just click on the area you are intending visiting and contact the school (via your instructor).  Ask if they will be available on the dates you will be traveling to their area, and get any other details they require.

How can my I become part of this?
Only school owners with web sites can join. Simply click on "Add your school to the list" above. Then, put a IAOMAS link on your web site and point it to www.iaomas.us.  All schools AND students must follow the guidelines.  Joining is free - no fees, no politics, just real martial artists.


Guidelines
1. Participating clubs must allow I.A.O.M.A.S. visitors up to 2 weeks of free training.
2. Clubs should treat visiting students with respect, regardless of style
3. Students should follow the clubs rules/codes of conduct etc. at all times.
4. Students represent their clubs/instructors & may cause their schools to become disassociated if they cannot behave!
5. Complaints from visiting students (about the schools they visited) or from School Instructors (about visiting students) should be directed towards the country's web site for consideration if  that club should be disassociated.
6. No "I'm better than you" attitudes allowed or needed from anyone. At the end of the day we are all Martial Artists & should behave as such (no egos).

Let your students know about the I.A.O.M.A.S. and how it benefits them and also use it in your advertising & literature.
